Return & Exchanges

We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@shopruh.dk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request as soon as possible.
